Message	I think 700 dollars cash for used wheels that have several scratches is fair. I only had 580 cash on me at the time... why the quotations? I'm certainly not a liar.. hence why I said I could get you the 700 in a week, which I could have done. Also, one tire had a nail in it one tire didn't match the others, it was a different version of the same brand. They are used wheels, and they were definitely not worth what you were asking for them, which is why the 800 dollar offer was no longer valid.
